Lois Jackson, Certified QuickBooks(c) Advanced Pro-Advisor, and staff accountant at Axley & Rode, LLP, will lead the “Do’s, Don’ts & How-Do-I’s” seminar for the popular accounting program. The workshop is 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Aug. 19 at the Chamber.
Registration is required.
“This seminar will be geared toward people who already use QuickBooks, but may need some help recognizing, avoiding, or fixing common problems,” Jackson said. “We will discuss some of the QuickBooks issues that can cause nightmares for your accountant. We will also have a question and answer session to address specific problems.”

Jackson is a Certified QuickBooks Advanced Pro-Advisor, with years of training. In addition to her certification, she has many years of hands-on use of the program. She has led QuickBooks workshops in the East Texas area for the past five years.
