The ladies of the Heart of the Pines at the "Spirit of '45" event last year.

The Heart of the Pines will hold open auditions for their a cappella Christmas choir on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the North Street Church of Christ, 3914 North St, Nacogdoches, TX 75965.

The choir is seeking females who enjoy singing and would like to perform for local area civic clubs and events during the Christmas season. All vocal ranges are welcome.

If interested, prepare a one to two minute a cappella piece to sing for the judging panel. If chosen, an invitation will be sent to join the organization for rehearsals.
