LOT Crew learns from Nacogdoches leaders around city
Posted 10/08/2015

Students presented their ideas about the proposed curfew laws to the student-elected council at the mock city council meeting at City Hall. The kids elected a mayor and their city council members to discuss the mock issue.

The LOT (Leaders of Tomorrow) Crew traveled all over Nacogdoches Tuesday to learn about how the city is run. They went to the county courthouse and met with the county attorney, the City Hall, where they met the mayor and the city manager, and the sheriff's department, where they toured the jail.
