The Nacogdoches Memorial Foundation East Texas Half Marathon is the premier East Texas running event hosted by the historic city of Nacogdoches, Texas. The relatively flat and fast 13.1 mile course that prominently displays the beauty of the East Texas pines, wonderful historical cites, and gorgeous campus that Stephen F.
