There are no words to express how thankful the Toys for Tots Director, Ronny Bowser is this morning. After telling him that Nacogdoches ISD collected 102 bikes, 20 helmets and 5 scooters, he was in tears.
“I am amazed each year at the kindness of the staff at Nacogdoches ISD” said Mr. Bowser. “Your donations mean so much to our organization.”
Today, our Plant Services team will be delivering the bikes and toys to the Toys for Tots location.
The district would also like to thank Debbie Warden, Manager at Walmart, for her assistance as well.
“We know these gifts will make a lot of children happy this Christmas. I am always amazed at the generosity of our students and staff” said Dr. Hayes.
This is the 4th year that Nacogdoches ISD has participated in this drive with Toys for Tots and Love, INC.
