Joyce Goranson won't be at the market this Saturday (She won't be back until Jan 23). She sells Organic Kamut breads and cookies. Joyce will have FRESH Organic Breads, Spa Pillows, and "What's In A Name?" orders available. She will be FEATURING Honey Oat Crescent Rolls this week, along with Apple Raisin, 7 Grain and Flatbread Pitas & Pizza Crusts, $5 each small loaf/bag or 2 of your choice for $9. Cowboy cookies will also be on hand, along with Raisin Cowboys, Special Request!! Spa Therapy Pillows will be available in winter plaids. They are wonderful shoulder/neck warmers or for arthritic pain. They will have their hand crafted goat's milk soap made from their own goat's milk available (They milk the goats!). Come by and smell them and ask questions. #10 Michael Cid with the New Day Baking Company will be at the market this Saturday. He will be serving breakfast burritos, chicken fajita tacos, omelets and pancakes. He will also be selling yard eggs, fresh juices, foccacia bread and other baked goods at the farmers market made whenever possible of items from the farmers market. The New Day Baking Company is a one of a kind bakery specializing in local, organic, and gluten free products. Their guiding principles are that food should be local and sustainable while still being nutritious and above all delicious.
#11 Opal Blume will be selling beeswax, local honey, creamed honey, rosemary and cold water.
#12 Nikki Cumby (Grandma's Best) won't be at the market this Saturday (She will be back on the 23rd). She sells fried pies in a variety of flavors which include apple, apricot, peach, cherry, pineapple, chocolate, coconut, vanilla, lemon, buttermilk, pecan and sweet potato. What makes her fried pies different from others is in the fruit pies, she also use dried fruit. The size of her pies are much larger than the average pie. #13 I think Cindy Pruett with the Appleby Community Farm will be back this Saturday. She sells organic chicken pieces, pastured and organic eggs, greens (arugula, Chinese cabbage, Swiss chard, kale, collards, mustard), and herbs. Additionally, there will be dried herbs, pickled Trinidad peppers, herbed vinegars, and Tabasco sauce. Johanna Taylor will be at the market this week. She sells vegetable and herb starter plants: green beans, cabbage, cucumbers, kale, lettuce, pumpkins, spinach, squash, strawberries & tomatoes. also, mint, basil, cilantro & sage plants.

I'm not sure when Jo-Jo will be back. He sells Asian BBQ (chicken-on-a-stick & pork-on-a-stick), egg-rolls and pancit noodles.
Good Roots Garden Farm won't be at the market this Saturday (They might be back later this month). They sell organic produce: carrots, dill, tomatoes (red & sungold cherry), greens (mizuna, sorrel, tatsoi, Swiss chard), garlic, lettuce mix and peppers (Bell, hot, jalapeno, Italian roasting, serrano & sweet).
Julie Rice won't be at the market this Saturday (She hopes to be back in February). She sells fresh made HOT, Med, and mild salsa, a variety of jellies and low sugar jellies (blackberry, plum, peach, figs) tasty individual Apple pies baked in a mason jar and freshly made apple-butter. Along with Soup in a jar and pickled eggs.
