Things you might find include:   artisan Texas cheeses, hand-made clothes, home crafted items, free-range eggs, baked goods (breads, cakes, mini cheesecakes, cookies, cupcakes & pies), canned goods (jams & jellies, marmalade, preserves, pickled vegetables, salsas & relishes), local raw honey, jewelry, fried pies, plants, herbal soaps, fruit wines and wood products. 
Local Produce this time of year includes: asparagus, fresh frozen shelled pinto beans, beets, bok choi, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cilantro, greens (collards, kale, mustard, spinach, Swiss chard, tatsoi & turnip), herbs, kohlrabi, lettuce, green onions, fresh frozen shelled purple hull peas, radishes, scallions, fresh strawberries and turnips.
