The Judy B. McDonald Public Library invites the community to attend Barbecue 101 on Saturday, April 30th at 2:30pm.  Learn simple and flavorful techniques for rubs, marinades and sauces, as well as some unique methods for grilling fruits and vegetables.  There will be a special presenter, Jimmy Don Snowden, a sculptor at Stephen F.
