The staff of Judy B. McDonald Public Library will host Wellness Smoothies on Monday, July 18th at 5:30 pm. Staff will show how you can make delicious and healthy smoothies and cool drinks using local and organic ingredients as well as fruits from other countries. Participants will get to sample the drinks and take home recipes. The program is intended for ages 18 years and up. Please call 559-2970 for more information or to register.
