A welcome reception was held on Aug. 29 for C. Wayne Mitchell, President/CEO of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce. Mitchell's first day at the Chamber was Aug. 15. Many attended the reception including elected officials, City and County officials, leaders in the community and Chamber members.
