Children's Defense Fund-Texas is pleased to announce expansion of its award-winning Healthy Children = Healthy Communities project into East Texas- a project that works to ensure every child has a healthy start by promoting enrollment in quality, affordable health coverage and increasing access to health and mental health care for uninsured children and families.
Child and family serving organizations and any interested individuals are invited to attend this introductory presentation to learn more about CDF-Texas innovative and nationally recognized health outreach model, and to meet the local team serving Smith, Nacogdoches, and Shelby communities.
