Clardy speaks at membership meeting
The Chamber’s Fourth Friday Luncheon presented is noon to 1 p.m., Oct. 27 at Austin Hall, 4606 North St. Representative Travis Clardy will present "The Fredonia, Uber, Tesla Superchargers, the SFA S.T.E.M. Center, I-69 ... Now what?"
"Nobody appreciates and understands the importance of history as much as the people of Nacogdoches, but more important than history, for its own sake, is how it informs our path forward and who we will become," Clardy said. "If we choose to make it so, the future of Nacogdoches has never been brighter."
The luncheon serves as the Chamber’s monthly membership meeting. Lunch is $16 at the door, and reservations are required by 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 25.
All attendees will be entered in a $50 cash drawing sponsored by Commercial Bank of Texas, and every Chamber member is entered in a $250 drawing sponsored by Axley & Rode, LLP, but you must be present to win. The Gold sponsor is Nacogdoches I.S.D.
