NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS-- Due to the exposure of COVID-19, the City of Nacogdoches Water Office has been temporarily closed to ensure the safety of both Nacogdoches residents and the Water Office employees. The City of Nacogdoches Water Office is scheduled to reopen Monday, July 20th, with new permanent hours. The new Water Office hours for in-person payment will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. 

The payment kiosk outside of City Hall, online services and other off-site locations will still continue to accept water bill payments. Off-site locations will continue to be available for in-person payment at Kroger, H&Z Tobacco Stores, KJ Convenience Store, Super S, Tobacco Barn on South Street, and Carniceria y fruteria las for those who wish to pay their bills this way. 

The City of Nacogdoches remains committed to offering the same level of services to the community. If you will be entering the Water Office Lobby for assistance please remember to wear a mask and socially distance yourself from others in the lobby.
