Join with LN and support these organizations that serve our community!
Dear Community Member,
As you all know 2020 was a year like no other; our community faced and overcame challenges we never even imagined possible. But, as our community always does, we came together to make this a year of hardships and loss also a year of growth, innovation, and change. The Leadership Nacogdoches Class of 2020–2021 has not been exempt from this tumultuous year, but has remained committed to focusing on issues affecting our community and how we can make Nacogdoches a better place for generations to come.
Each year the Leadership Nacogdoches class chooses a project to benefit our local community. In years past only one project has been selected by the class. But rather than just picking one project, this year’s class has decided to support two local organizations. This year’s recipients are The Boys and Girls Clubs of East Texas as well as Nacogdoches HOPE (Helping Other People Eat). Both organizations have worked hard to support our community throughout 2020 and our class wants to give something back to them.
Each of these organizations are requesting that our class assist them with improvements to their buildings so they can better serve community members who utilize their services. Our goal is to raise $5,550.00 to complete both projects.
Leadership Nacogdoches is a program of the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce. All donations are appreciated, and checks should be made out to the Nacogdoches County Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization. Thanks for your support of the Nacogdoches community, the Nacogdoches County Chamber, and our Leadership Nacogdoches Class of 2020-2021.
Sincerely,
Leadership Nacogdoches Class of 2020-2021
