The Nacogdoches County Chamber recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony for new location and one-year anniversary for R&R Bilingual Multi-Services, 5021 Justin St, Suite A, 936-652-3590.

Owners Eva Ramirez and Lily Rios welcomed chamber members, community leaders and guests.
